How to Handle the Childcare Crisis

Childcare has been a longstanding challenge for working parents in America, and this issue has only been exacerbated by the current pandemic. Our research has shown that moms are more significantly impacted through increased childcare responsibilities during this time, and women of color are even more likely to be disproportionately affected. With many states and districts announcing online schooling this fall, it seems like there is no finish line in sight.
