The Mom Project’s Chief People and Equity Officer Rocki Howard has earned a spot on the 2022 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Influencers list from Staffing Industry Analysis (SIA). A global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, SIA recognizes individuals who stand out in their actions and commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in their organizations.

As a prominent leader in the DEI space, Rocki uses her skills to build stronger, more inclusive workspaces both within The Mom Project and in our community, and we are thrilled that her hard work has garnered recognition.

”Being a voice for people who are historically excluded is an honor, and being able to do authentic work to move past good intentions to impact is a gift,” said Rocki. “It’s a privilege to be recognized with so many incredible industry peers.”

The 2022 Influencers List features 47 honorees across the US and Canada, all of whom help to close the opportunity gap for varied diverse communities including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, women and working mothers, military veterans and spouses, neurodiverse, disabled and the formerly incarcerated.

The full list will be published in the May/June issue of the Staffing Industry Review magazine.
