RALLY takes the "mentorship" concept and flips it by offering a non-intimidating, peer-to-peer program that matches up professional women and gives them a space to speak candidly with each other - all while giving and receiving career advice.
We also understand the limited time most of us, especially working parents, have to dedicate to activities outside of our families and careers. We made sure to anchor RALLY in a 3-hour TOTAL commitment over the course of 3 months. Yes, it's manageable! (Oh, and did we mention that we provide you with session guides to ensure the time spent with your match is worthwhile?)
